Indicated for the treatment of lateralised heel spurs and heel bursitis. They have a soft circular at the base of the heel.

Place the pads inside the shoe in the heel area. The soft lateral circular area under the heel maximises shock absorption and comfort at the point of impact. The wedge also prevents the shoes from rubbing on your feet.

Do not place the heel wedge on only one foot as this causes an imbalance in the spine and can lead to serious health problems.

MAINTENANCE: Wash with cold water, neutral soap and let air dry. Apply a little talcum powder to the area in contact with the sock or stocking after washing to ensure better sliding. Do not expose to direct heat sources. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
